3.0. Behavior outside GayHunt’s Platform

The use of the GayHunt App is strictly intended for social networking and interaction with other users within our platform. If choosing to engage in public areas, you understand and agree that anyone with access to your data can commit harm to you, in addition to not disclose your personal data to strangers.

4.0. Moderation, Security & Monitoring

GayHunt uses several commercial, safeguards to protect and secure user’s personal data. However, you understand and agree that the service is presented to you on "as is" basis, and by using the service, you consent that the information provided is at your own risk.

GayHunt may implement monitoring of personal data transition within users to identify fraud, potential threats, prevent abuse, and the misuse of the service. Moderators are incorporated to ensure compliance with the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and internal policies, which allow us to protect the rights of GayHunt, in addition, to maintain compliance and ensure proper actions are taken if needed when abuse has been reported.
